With the rise of automated systems, we can install equipment which provides real-time monitoring of key parameters in water chemistry. We can access these systems remotely worldwide, and initiate any changes which need to be made using the same methods. We do like to visit the aquariums we are maintaining, so a visit occasionally is best for both of us. How regularly we visit is unique to the setup, you, and the level of remote monitoring we have. We’ll always be upfront about how often we think your aquarium should have a visit from your lead aquarist, so we’ll discuss this from the off.
